The People Tech Analyst supports the organization's HR technology operations, ensuring that HR systems and tools support the overall business objectives and enhance employee experience. This role involves collaboration with various departments to implement and maintain HR technology solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Execute and support HR technology processes and solutions aligned with the HR technology strategy.
  • Evaluate and recommend new HR technology processes and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Execute the implementation and operation of HR software applications, including, but not limited to, HRIS and other people systems.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of HR data and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate HR technology with existing systems (finance, payroll, and operations).
  • Partner with the HR team to identify process improvements and innovations within the HR function.
  • Utilize HR data analytics to support actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and generate reports that track HR metrics and performance indicators.
  • Identify training opportunities and provide support to users ensuring proficiency in the system.
  • Provide documentation at all stages of a system change including requirements, specifications, test plans and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers.
  • Partner with vendors on technical solutions and ensure the delivery of quality services.

We’ll be reaching out to candidates that have:

  • 3+ years of progressive People Tech/ HRIS experience (specifically in a fast-paced growth environment)
  • Experience with an HRIS, demonstrating the ability to maintain and optimize HR technology.
  • Familiarity with HR software and other technology tools that support employee experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and compassion to understand and address employee needs.
  • In-depth understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve employee concerns and issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver timely results, check and accomplish tasks accurately.
  • Strong sense of integrity and ethical behaviour.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
  • Capacity to understand and address employee concerns and needs.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
