Our employees are key ingredients to our success, and you will be responsible for HR support on topics such as talent management, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, mobility and strategic talent reviews. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy for people-related issues.
In the role of the People Lead, you will:

  • Partner to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance;
  • Lead and advise on talent management practices related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions;
  • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence;
  • Supporting managers with Strategic Talent Reviews, building successions plans and working on development opportunities;
  • Providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements;
  • Consult on overhead management.
  • Analyze and interpret various types of employee reports (e.g., compensation, job levels, and attrition) to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to the stakeholders.


What you need to be successful:

  • Previous experience in HR, People Lead function;
  • Experience in change and project management;
  • Independent, well-organized with ability to challenge stakeholders;
  • Good at developing strong partnerships with function leaders;
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written,
  • Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities,
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills,
  • Passion for people,
  • Fluency in Polish and solid communicative English language skills.
