We excel at developing client-centric concepts that are based on their needs but grounded in 50 years of experience getting projects built. Our in-house design departments include Architecture, Interior Design and Experiential Graphic Design. In addition, we have a Digital Practice Department, who commits to the implementation of BIM, research + development, and the infusion of cutting-edge technology into our projects and practice.

As a People + Culture Business Partner, you hold a strategic position that ensures People + Culture initiatives align seamlessly with our business objectives. Your deep understanding of organizational competencies, combined with a commitment to supporting a culture of belonging, employee engagement, and a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), is crucial to driving our studio's success. By integrating DEI principles into every facet of our operations, you play an essential role in creating an inclusive environment where all team members feel valued and empowered, directly contributing to the overall achievements of our studio. What You Will Do:
- Design and deliver a comprehensive DEI strategy that supports a culture of belonging, inclusivity, and equity across the studio.
- Lead engagement and change management initiatives to deepen studio connection, well-being, and satisfaction through thoughtful feedback, transparent communication, and strategic support.
- Strengthen People + Culture processes by implementing improvements guided by employee feedback and evolving best practices.
- Communicate clearly and transparently with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs, share updates, address feedback, and maintain alignment that supports the studio’s success.
- Keep a pulse on emerging People + Culture trends.
- Provide backup support to the Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing the full recruitment cycle during scheduled absences.
What You Will Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education in Human Resources Management and CHRP designation.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience as an HR/People + Culture Business Partner with a strong passion and focus on DEI.
- Strong critical thinking skills and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate effectively.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Full cycle recruitment experience.
- Previous experience with BambooHR and Culture Amp are an asset.
- Willingness to be in studio for 4 days a week.
What We Will Provide:
The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000. Final compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
