  • Performance & Talent Enablement: Partners with senior leaders to execute core HR programs including performance enablement, engagement, talent development, and organizational change. Leads calibration sessions, facilitates manager trainings, and advises on policy application.
  • Influence: Develops credibility and trust with Director and VP-level stakeholders by aligning HR initiatives with business strategy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use HR data and dashboards to identify patterns in retention and engagement, turning these insights into informed strategies for team health and performance.
  • Manager Coaching: Act as a thought partner to leaders, coaching them to embrace courageous conversations and model integrity, equity, and empathy.
  • Growth & Scale: Recommend and operationalize best practices required to scale the Revenue organization, acting as a connector between People functions (Talent, Comp, Employee Relations and Employee Experience) and the business.
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • Relevant Experience: Relevant Experience: Progressive experience in HR, including 4+ years as a People Business Partner (or equivalent), ideally supporting a Revenue or Sales organization
  • Strategic Perspective: Ability to anticipate organizational needs for both short and long term, moving beyond reactive tasks to proactive solutions.
  • Influencing Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to build credibility and influence SVP and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and resolve root causes of complex organizational challenges.
  • Technical HR Knowledge: Deep understanding of employment laws, scalable growth strategies, and how people programs influence performance in a scaling company.
  • Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using data tools to surface insights and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
