What is the opportunity?

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll for our employees in the Canada region. Here is a breakdown:

  • Payroll Processing:
    • Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Canada ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Data Management:
    • Collect and verify payroll data from various sources, including timekeeping systems, garnishment, and HR records.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits.
    • Analize payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
    • Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for auditing purposes.
  • Customer Service:
    • Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, management, and internal business partners.
    • Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.

What will you bring to Omnissa?

  • 3-5 years payroll processing experience
  • Experience with reporting and analysis software
  • Must have experience with ADP Celergo & Workday (preferred)

Location:  Canada
Location Type: Remote
Travel Expectations: None 
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
