What is the opportunity?
As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate, and compliant processing of payroll for our employees in the Canada region. Here is a breakdown:
- Payroll Processing:
- Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Canada ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and company policies.
- Data Management:
- Collect and verify payroll data from various sources, including timekeeping systems, garnishment, and HR records.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate payroll reports for internal use and external audits.
- Analize payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on payroll data analysis.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll documentation and records for auditing purposes.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees, management, and internal business partners.
- Resolve payroll issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
What will you bring to Omnissa?
- 3-5 years payroll processing experience
- Experience with reporting and analysis software
- Must have experience with ADP Celergo & Workday (preferred)
