Position Overview:

We’re looking for a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to help grow and optimize our partner ecosystem at Practice Better and That Clean Life. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to drive mutual success.

You’ll own key partnership metrics and develop and execute strategies to increase sign-ups, MRR, and engagement through collaborative marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and ongoing relationship management. As a product expert, you’ll guide partners in effectively positioning our solutions while also managing partner payouts and ensuring seamless operations.

We’re counting on you to:

  • Become a product expert on Practice Better and That Clean Life, ensuring you can effectively support partners and communicate our value at in-person events, virtual events, partner webinars, and more.
  • Own and drive key partnership metrics, including sign-ups, new MRR from partnerships, and partner engagement, while continuously refining strategies to hit monthly goals.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners who align with our mission, building a strong pipeline through outreach, events, and strategic networking.
  • Develop and lead partner onboarding and enablement programs, equipping partners with the training, resources, and support they need to succeed.
  • Create and execute joint marketing initiatives with partners, including co-branded content, webinars, and events that drive engagement and measurable results.
  • Manage and nurture partner relationships through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and collaborative opportunities to maximize partner success and retention.

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnership development, or strategic alliances, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • An excellent communicator. You can clearly articulate value propositions, create compelling partner messaging, and navigate conversations with confidence. Experience in public speaking engagements is strongly preferred.
  • You thrive being in the spotlight and speaking to large audiences of health and wellness practitioners. Health and Wellness designation as a practitioner is strongly preferred.
  • A strategic relationship-builder. You love building strong, trust-based relationships and know how to engage, activate, and retain partners for long-term success.
  • Results-driven and metrics-focused. You understand the numbers that drive a successful partnership program and can develop strategies to meet and exceed key performance indicators.
  • A proactive problem solver. You don’t wait for solutions to come to you; you take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive action.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You can juggle multiple partnerships, campaigns, and priorities while ensuring seamless execution.
  • Passionate about health and wellness. You believe in the mission of supporting practitioners and businesses in making a meaningful impact.

Our Perks and Benefits:

  • Unlimited Vacation: We believe you can be highly productive and still have plenty of time for life outside of work.
  • Generous health benefits plan: Coverage starts from Day 1 and includes vision & dental.
  • Sprout Family: Receive personalized support for the family-building process, accessing top-quality care. Schedule a consultation with Sprout's Team for guidance, education, coaching, and assistance in finding a top provider, addressing medical, legal, or regulatory concerns throughout your journey. *Currently for Canadian Employees Only*
