About The Role

We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our growing North America team. In this role, you will own and grow a strategic portfolio of partners — including acquirers, alternative payment methods (APMs), banks, and fraud & risk solution providers — driving integrations, co-selling initiatives, and long-term commercial relationships.

This is a cross-functional, high-visibility role sitting at the intersection of business development, product, and commercial strategy. You will be the primary point of contact for your partner portfolio and a key driver of Yuno's ecosystem growth in the region.

Your contribution will be

Partner Portfolio Management

  • Own end-to-end relationships with a defined portfolio of North America partners across acquirers, APMs, banks, and fraud/risk vendors.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring partners are engaged, enabled, and growing within the Yuno ecosystem.

  • Monitor partner health metrics (integration status, volume, NPS) and proactively address issues.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Yuno's product and commercial strategy.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commercial terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and referral programs with strategic partners.

  • Contribute with Yuno's sales pipeline through lead generation coming from partners

  • Identify commercial opportunities, own and convert 2e2 commercial partner deal cycle

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Product team to advocate for partner requirements and prioritize integrations.

  • Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to leverage the partner network in merchant acquisition and retention.

  • Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics, partner capabilities, and North America payment trends.

  • Attending industry events to leverage Yuno's brand and connect with the payments ecosystem.

Enablement & Onboarding

  • Lead the onboarding of new partners, coordinating technical and commercial workstreams.

  • Develop and maintain partner enablement materials, playbooks, and training resources.

  • Organize QBRs, partner summits, and joint planning sessions to align on priorities and pipeline.

Skills You Need

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in partnerships, business development, or a senior commercial role within the payments, fintech, or financial services industry.

  • Demonstrated track record of independently managing strategic partner relationships with acquirers, payment processors, APMs, banks, or fraud solution providers — including commercial negotiations with senior and C-level stakeholders.

  • Evidence of revenue impact through partnerships: revenue-share agreements negotiated, qualified pipeline generated, or joint GTM initiatives with measurable results.

  • Deep experience in the payments market is required, including familiarity with the local acquiring landscape.

  • Strong understanding of the payments value chain, including acquiring, issuing, scheme networks, and alternative payment methods.

  • Ability to operate with high autonomy in ambiguity: identify opportunities, structure the approach, and convert into signed deals with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level counterparts.

  • Ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define, track, and report on partnership KPIs.

  • Commercial ability to identify opportunities with partners and convert into real deals.

  • Identify commercial opportunities, own and convert e2e commercial partner deal cycle

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Legal, and Commercial teams
