You understand search, content strategy, and organic performance and you see exactly where all of it is heading. You want to stop advising from the sidelines and start selling the solution that sits at the center of this shift.

ABOUT THE ROLE

AI is changing how consumers discover brands and Linkby is positioned at the heart of that shift. Our platform places brand content within premium publisher articles that are indexed, trusted, and increasingly surfaced by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.

Part of what makes this role exciting is what you will be selling. Linkby is not catching up to this shift. We are leading it. You will be working with advertisers at the forefront of AI Visibility / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), helping them understand and act on a category that most of the market is still figuring out.

As our Partnerships & Growth Manager for SEO and AI Visibility, your SEO knowledge gives you a powerful foundation to speak credibly with brand marketers and agency partners about the future of brand discovery. To be clear: this is not an SEO execution role. You will not be building backlink profiles or running audits. Your SEO background is the foundation; what you will be doing every day is helping brands understand the next generation of how consumers find them and positioning Linkby as the platform that gets them there. This is a full-cycle role. You will prospect, close, onboard, and own long-term.

Remote role with occasional team WeWork days. Open to candidates based anywhere in Canada.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Prospect and develop partnerships with DTC brands and digital marketing agencies, leading with Linkby's AI Visibility and organic discoverability value proposition

- Translate AI search and brand discovery concepts into compelling sales narratives for brand and agency stakeholders

- Educate partners on how Linkby drives contextual relevance and AI-driven brand discovery

- Own the full client lifecycle including prospecting, close, onboarding, campaign management, and upsell

- Drive retention through proactive performance reviews and strategic account management

- Attend industry events and digital marketing networking functions in your local market

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 3+ years in SEO, search marketing, content strategy, or digital marketing; agency experience preferred but in-house also considered

- Strong conceptual understanding of how AI search and generative engines are changing brand discovery; hands-on SEO execution experience is a great foundation, not a day-to-day requirement of the role

- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews and how brands are thinking about visibility in these environments

- Full-cycle experience: comfortable both winning new business and managing accounts post-close

- Self-starter mentality; comfortable owning pipeline, accounts, and performance in a remote environment

- Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders

- Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, native content, or adtech is a plus

- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools

- Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in Canada

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $85,000-$105,000 base salary, based on experience

- Quarterly variable compensation tied to KPIs, plus uncapped commission for top performers
