Writing and Content Creation

  • Prepare all partnership mailing templates and documentation sent to travelers

  • Update mailings for each departure based on mailing schedule

  • Prepare and proof reports for partnership meetings

Collaboration and Support

  • Work with the local team to secure up to date itineraries, accommodations and day by day details for each mailings.

  • Support the writing of proposals for new partner product as needed

  • Support the Partnership Specialist and Lead with preparing reports, documentation and research.

Cross Department Function

  • Help with online content updates for partnership product

  • Support the Product department on needed content changes, audits and content updates

Experience:

  • 2+ years or more of writing and proofing experience

  • Advance English writing and grammar skills

  • Experience in administrative work

  • Advanced communication skills, both oral and written

  • Exceptional multitasking skills

  • A team player that understands how to collaborate and build strong relationships.

  • Experience traveling outside the US, is a plus
