Optiom is hiring a Partner Success Representative to support our growing Ontario region. You will be a key presence with our broker partners: developing relationships, delivering product training, and driving growth through the channels that matter most.

You Bring
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A proven ability to build strong relationships and rapport with partners and stakeholders
- A strategic, solutions-focused mindset with creative thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and territory independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a hands-on, field-based environment
- Previous experience in customer service, insurance, or vehicle sales is considered an asset
Bonus Points For
- Familiarity with the Ontario broker market
- Experience delivering product training in person or virtually
- Background in insurance, automotive finance, or specialty products
- Understanding of competitive landscape and market dynamics in BC
- Active General Level 1 Insurance License already in hand
