Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Manager, EdvantagePerks Program, you’ll play an essential role in driving the success of our affinity program by nurturing partnerships and growing the program’s reach. You’ll work directly with our B2B partners who offer amazing discounts to our members, ensuring they feel supported, engaged, and excited about being part of the EdvantagePerks family. The core parts of your role will be to: 

  • Building Strong Relationships: You’ll be the go-to person for your assigned partners, working closely with them to build trust and ensure they’re getting the most out of their partnership with EdvantagePerks.
  • Driving Growth: Promote new opportunities to existing partners and collaborate with our Marketing team to help partners shine with our members.
  • Onboarding Made Easy: Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new partners, keeping everything organized - from legal agreements to invoicing to report setup.
  • Tracking Success: Use Salesforce to track partner metrics and progress, helping us stay on top of key performance indicators and forecast future success.
  • Planning & Quality Assurance: Regularly check in with partners to make sure their offers still align with our program’s goals, making adjustments as necessary. Help create actionable plans that align our business goals with the needs of our partners.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work with the EdvantagePerks Call Centre team to handle member and partner inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing team to engage and excite both our partners and our members.
  • Streamlining Processes: Continuously find ways to improve how we work with partners, making their experience with us as efficient and enjoyable as possible.
  • Exploring New Ideas: If you spot a way to make the program even better, let’s discuss and see what can be improved.

Qualifications

Let’s Talk About You: 

This is the unique blend of skills and experience we would love to see in an ideal candidate:

  • Experience: You’ve spent 3-5 years building successful relationships with business partners and you know how to get things done. If you’ve worked with an affinity or loyalty program before, that’s a plus!
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You’re a creative thinker who loves finding new solutions. You’re independent but also a great collaborator who’s not afraid to ask questions when needed.
  • Sales Savvy: You’ve got a knack for spotting opportunities and know how to sell in a way that’s a win-win for everyone.
  • Communication: Whether it's email, phone calls, or virtual meetings, you communicate with confidence and clarity. You have no problem presenting an idea or sales pitch.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM tools and can use them to track progress, report on metrics, and keep things organized. Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
  • Education: A degree in business (or a related field) is great, but we’re more interested in finding someone who’s passionate about this role and eager to make an impact.
