The Partner Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and partner program management.  This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of business processes, cross-functional collaboration, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced scale-up environment.  The ideal candidate will help with various reporting needs, ad hoc projects, partner reporting, partner auditing, and providing support to our partners and the management team in the evaluation and tracking of business operations.
Responsibilities

  • The Project manager will be required to organize, plan, and execute assigned duties to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.  
  • The position will require vision for process/approach development and improvement, technical data skills to pull data, analytical experience to understand the data, and communication skills to summarize and present to a cross functional audience
  • Work with Channel Team to assist with daily needs and special projects.
  • Proactively seek to identify opportunities to create efficiencies and reduce COGS spend, including ownership of projects to develop and improve processes, improving cost traceability across our systems, providing data relevant to contract negotiations and supporting a variety of other efforts meant to drive improved margins.
  • Owns the maintenance of the different partner operations tools and systems.
  • Leads the mapping of the different partner operations processes, identifying areas of improvements and lead process improvements implementation projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Exceptionally strong communicator and influencer, adept at partnering, influencing, and aligning stakeholders at all levels, with experience in change management.
  • Own the end-to-end partner journey experience by mapping touchpoints, removing system friction, and optimizing tools to drive external engagement and partner satisfaction.
  • Aid in the management of our Partner Portal, Salesforce and other tools used as part of our Partner Program (internal and external).
  • Key contributor in the selection, deployment, and upkeep of tools, systems, and platforms used in Partner Operations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Desire and interest in working in a high-volume office atmosphere
  • Ability to multitask and quickly shift focus
  • Thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments by independently navigating unstructured data, defining new processes, and adapting to shifting business priorities
  • Ability to complete multi-step tasks with a high-level of accuracy
  • Excellent team-work, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic

Desired Experience:

  • 5+ plus years working in Business systems management, Sales operations, Process Improvement, Partner Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Experience working enterprise BI/reporting software such as Domo is a plus.
