Job Summary:

As a Partner Operations Manager for our rapidly-growing Partner business, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and empowering our Partners and Channel Managers. You will be supporting Channel, Cloud Marketplace, and Systems Integrators partnerships. This role requires a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to change while supporting functions like onboarding, deal support, data integrity, and escalations. Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Partner application process and maintain compliance standards across the Partner network.
  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding/offboarding procedures for Partners and Channel Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across CRM and PRM systems through regular audits and updates.
  • Support deal registration, pipeline management, CPQ workflows, and Cloud Marketplace private offers.
  • Manage and prioritize Partner support cases, driving timely resolutions and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, or a related role in high growth environment.
  • Expertise with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Tackle, and PRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communications skills, with a knack for simplifying complex processes.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset, eager to roll up your sleeves and work with cross-functionally to drive results
