X’s Content Partnerships team is seeking a motivated, creative, and resourceful Partner Manager to help shape strategies and best practices for the Entertainment, Sports, and News verticals, driving new revenue streams and delivering top-tier content for X.

Your Role:

Foster relationships and expand X’s influence with senior leaders at key media organizations across content, sales, marketing, social, and business development. You should have a broad vision for the Sports, Entertainment, and News industry’s potential while maintaining a focus on scalable initiatives that generate immediate value and growth for X.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with entertainment content partners, including networks, publishers, producers, music ventures, studios, and OTTs.

  • Develop cross-platform sponsorship packages with X’s entertainment partners to drive content monetization.

  • Lead innovative media solutions around major events and daily content, delivering reach and incremental revenue to partners.

  • Advocate for X partners internally, providing insights on product and business processes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team on brand pitches and relationship management.

  • Work cross-functionally with teams (e.g., Content Sales, Partnership Solutions, Comms, Marketing) to maximize partners’ impact with X.

  • This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance visionary leadership with actionable opportunities for growth and revenue.

Qualifications

  • BS or BA 
  • 5-8+ years of client facing experience in media, content, and/or sales partnerships 
  • Experience working with the entertainment, publishing and/or music industry
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and processes to partners at all levels of management
  • Concrete record of sponsorship creation and partner management 
  • Experience with X's promoted products and overall advertising model 
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, marketing, communications, finance, sales, brand strategy, etc.) 
  • Ability to develop working relationships at all levels of management - externally and internally
  • Knowledge of mobile and internet products and technologies
  • Creative, innovative thinker who is also operationally rigorous and detail-oriented
