Are you a relationship-driven sales professional ready to make a real impact? TouchBistro is looking for a Partner Development Representative (Partner Account Manager) to join our vibrant Partnerships team in Toronto. This is a dynamic, high-impact role where you’ll be the bridge between TouchBistro and our valued channel partners, managing and nurturing long-term relationships that drive growth and expand our top-of-funnel pipeline.

As part of the Sales team, you’ll collaborate with Account Executives to build and execute a cohesive strategy that maximizes partner-generated referrals and revenue. What’s more? You’ll kickstart your journey with our Sales Bootcamp, with hands-on training and continuous coaching from our leadership team. Consistently top-performing reps will have exciting opportunities for growth within the Sales organization.

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate Strong Partnerships: Establish and manage key relationships with current and prospective partners through regular communication, ensuring consistent lead flow and growth via phone, email, and text.
  • Act as a Bridge: Serve as the key liaison between TouchBistro Sales and partners, driving collaborative co-marketing initiatives and helping partners achieve their referral targets.
  • Engage and Educate: Implement creative training and engagement strategies that inspire partners to maximize their referral potential.
  • Manage Multiple Accounts: Balance your time across a portfolio of accounts with a tailored territory management plan to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams in Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment and success.
  • Travel: Represent TouchBistro at trade shows and partner events (up to 25% travel required).

What You Bring:

  • Customer-Centric Approach: You have experience in high-volume sales/client-facing roles (phone, in-person, trade shows) and know how to deliver exceptional experiences that nurture strong, lasting partnerships.
  • Relationship Mastery: A true people person, you excel at communicating and building trust with diverse partners and business owners.
  • Organization Skills: You thrive on staying organized, managing multiple priorities, and executing with precision. Your calendar is your best friend.
  • Hybrid Work Comfort: You’re comfortable working in a hybrid environment and are ready to join us in our Toronto office twice a week.
  • Bonus: Experience in the restaurant industry? That’s a plus!
