Are you a data-driven Paid Media Strategist who loves turning ad spend into measurable revenue? Do you have 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience and a strong command of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing?
If so, we’d love to meet you. We’re looking for a Paid Media Strategist with experience running lead generation ads to the US market, who understands the nuances of B2B and B2C, and knows how to connect campaigns directly to business outcomes.

The Basics

This role is perfect for someone who is a hands-on Paid Media specialist first – someone who genuinely enjoys building, launching, optimizing, and scaling campaigns every day. If you love being inside platforms, running experiments, tuning performance, and turning insights into action, you’ll feel right at home here.
At the same time, this is also a strategic growth role. You’ll partner with Account Directors on campaign planning, funnel strategy, messaging recommendations, segmentation frameworks, and channel mix decisions. It’s an ideal mid-career position for someone who wants to keep sharpening their tactical skills while stepping further into strategic ownership.
While our team spans multiple continents, most of our clients are U.S. based. We require C1/C2 English fluency and the ability to work USA East Coast hours.

Direct Experience: 

  • 4+ years of advertising / paid media experience with B2B or B2C lead-generation. 
  • Mastery of Paid Search, especially Google Ads and Bing Ads.  
  • Extensive experience with Google’s marketing suite of products, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, Tag Manager, etc. 
  • Mastery of Paid Social – Specifically LinkedIn Ads 
  • Meta Ads experience is optional but preferred 
  • Proficiency with display advertising and programmatic advertising 
  • Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets – Vlookups, Pivot tables, the works.  
  • Ability to manage ad creation in close collaboration with the creative team. 
  • Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.   
  • Intimate knowledge of analytics. 
  • Keeps up-to-date on the latest technologies and advertising techniques/trends. 
  • Ability to be hands-on with tactics and campaign execution, while also driving and communicating high-level strategy. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Craft growth strategy for clients and lead advertising accounts.  
  • Work closely with clients, account managers, and other internal personnel to conceptualize, plan and execute advertising campaigns.   
  • Create and manage ad campaigns, budgets, bids, etc.  
  • Manage all pieces involved in running an ongoing successful advertising campaign: strategic, creative, copywriting, reporting and data analytics.  
  • Lead and manage the relationship with the external PPC agency team  
  • Build reports, communicate progress to clients, and incorporate findings into future campaigns and best practices.
