The Opportunity
We are looking for a Paid Media Strategist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social and digital media campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and creative collaboration, ensuring our work not only looks great but performs.
You will work closely with creative, content creators, and account teams to translate business goals into thoughtful paid media strategies that drive measurable impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop paid media strategies aligned to campaign and business objectives
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and emerging social channels
- Own budget allocation, pacing, and performance reporting
- Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear recommendations and optimizations
- Partner closely with creative teams to inform messaging, formats, and testing approaches
- Lead A B testing and experimentation across audiences, creative, and platforms
- Present performance results and strategic recommendations to internal teams and clients
- Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid media
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally within an agency or social first environment
- Strong experience managing paid social campaigns end to end
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager required
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and insights while keeping a creative mindset
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and influencing creative direction
- Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
