The Paid Media Manager directly impacts Wave’s business results through the execution of paid media initiatives, analyses, and experimentation. They are accountable for Wave’s paid search & paid social initiatives and analytics.

Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Own and execute Wave’s paid search & paid social strategies: create, launch, manage, optimize & analyze campaigns to direct-response objectives (CPA, CAC) and engage in targeting, keyword and ad creative optimization to maximize business impact.
  • Develop and launch initiatives to improve our paid media performance through the testing of new channels & campaign types, in collaboration with the broader Web, Data & Brand teams.
  • Optimize paid budget allocation through the creation of detailed forecasts & reports. Model the business impact of changes to our paid strategy, in collaboration with Finance, and provide visibility to key stakeholders on performance to plan and to forecasts.
  • Lead projects that improve our ability to make data-driven optimizations, in collaboration with the relevant teams. Use data to improve the business impact of paid campaigns through the analysis of multiple data sources (site analytics, user cohort & business data, ad platform data, etc.)
  • Contribute to the evolution of Wave’s paid media strategy, in alignment with the organization-level objectives.

You'll thrive here if you have:

  • 5+ years experience in digital & growth marketing, particularly on Google Ads and Meta Ads and with an emphasis on B2B/SaaS customer acquisition and adoption.
  • Experience analyzing and mining insights from large and varied datasets, particularly through a B2B or SaaS lens.
  • Experience with CRO and experimentation (landing pages, campaigns, new channels, etc.). 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts and develop a common language across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible with working in a fast-paced, fluid environment with shifting deadlines and moving priorities.
