We're seeking a results-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to spearhead our app growth  initiatives through paid marketing channels. This role is crucial in expanding our app's user base and driving revenue growth. We're looking for a data-savvy digital marketer with a strong background in mobile app user acquisition and performance marketing.

As a key member of our App & Performance Marketing team, you'll lead efforts to scale app installs, engage users, and maximize ROI across various paid channels, including Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, programmatic networks, and social platforms (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.).

What You’ll Do:

  • Scale User Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to significantly increase high-quality app installs and user engagement across multiple paid channels, focusing on optimizing Cost Per Install (CPI) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Optimize Performance: Continuously refine campaigns on core platforms (Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta) to optimize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Channel Expansion: Identify and test new user acquisition channels to diversify our growth mix and reach untapped audiences while maintaining or improving overall ROAS or iROAS.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics tools and MMPs to extract actionable insights that inform campaign optimizations and growth strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, product, and data science teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall app growth objectives and improve engagement metrics such as Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and Average Revenue Per User.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage substantial UA budgets to maximize ROI across channels, with a focus on balancing short-term CPI optimizations with long-term revenue goals.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven Track Record: 6-8 years of experience in mobile app user acquisition, with a history of scaling app installs and revenue through paid channels
  • Channel Expertise: Deep knowledge of mobile app marketing channels, including Apple Search Ads, Google App Campaigns, Meta Ads, and programmatic networks, with a focus on optimizing for app-specific metrics.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights from metrics such as CPI, LTV, and ROAS, and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust), analytics platforms, and ad management tools. SQL and advanced Excel skills preferred for in-depth analysis of user acquisition performance.
  • Performance Marketing Mindset: Obsession with metrics such as CPI, LTV, Retention Rates, and ROAS, with the ability to optimize campaigns for long-term value and user engagement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop comprehensive user acquisition strategies that align with overall business objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
