About the role

Be a part of our M&A team by driving outreach and negotiation efforts across the different regions. The Outreach Specialist prepares and manages outreach campaigns, initiates direct communication with potential sellers, and negotiates deals from first contact through closing. 


Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare outreach campaigns: Develop and optimize email sequences and messaging to improve engagement and response rates.
  • Conduct cold outreach: Contact provided leads via email, LinkedIn, or Discord in a professional and persuasive manner to initiate M&A discussions.
  • Negotiate with leads: Manage all communications and negotiations with website owners who respond to outreach.
  • Coordinate with leadership: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align negotiation strategies and obtain deal approvals.
  • Oversee acquisition process: Manage the full M&A cycle for websites from initial conversation to final agreement on their assigned leads.
  • Track and report progress: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, negotiations, and deal status within internal systems.
  • Support content testing: Ensure new websites are continuously available for internal testing and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English 
  • Proven experience in M&A negotiations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Organized and self-motivated, able to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
