Job Description
AECOM is currently seeking an Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) Lead to join our team. This role is based on-site, out of Mississauga.
We are seeking talented professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Responsibilities:
- Engages stakeholder sand establishes their respective ORAT workstream and working groups.
- Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT program and in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identified dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with the ORAT countdown schedule.
- Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies and escalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.
- Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of staff.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum:

A University Degree in a relevant field of study plus 8 (eight) years of experience managing / leading large and complex program(s) analyzing and producing solutions to ORAT challenges.
Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in a management position.
- Understanding of the aviation industry and holistic airport operations.
- ORAT experience in large airport projects exceeding CAD $500M.
- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing management-level reporting to enable effective decision-making.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Additional Information
This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
