Job Description

Role: Oracle DBA

Location: Brampton, Canada

Duration: Fulltime

BGV will be done for the selected candidates.

Job Description:

- User Management

- PL/SQL , DDL/DML code review

- Code promotion/ releases

- Query/ Indexes/ Object tuning

- DB Performance tuning

- Data refreshes (prod to non-prod)

- Database patching (security)

- Coordinate with Vendor Physical DBA for database upgrade

- Schema Creation, Ongoing Schema Maintenance (Reorg)

- Tablespace management (ASM)

- Database schema/ object recoveries

- Export/Import/DataPump

- Oracle Goldengate

- Oracle Enterprise Mgr

- Data Guard ( L3)

Good to have:

- Database creation on Exadata PROD platform (L3 onsite with Guidance from Rogers DBA)

- Exadata platform expertise/knowledge
