Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Serve as a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant for the Client’s Oracle Utilities solution which consists of

  • Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS)
  • Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B)
  • Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM)
  • Collaborate with the Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to support client in identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing enhancements for backlog refinement
  • Adopt client’s agile SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements
  • Design, develop, test, and deliver prioritized enhancements
  • Support client in the definition and execution of test scenarios and test cases
  • Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather and validate requirements and proposed solutions
  • Provide guidance, direction, and knowledge transfer (KT) to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements
  • Advise client on technical best practices and product features
  • Support troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution for enhancements
  • Support evolution of Red Clay’s delivery methodology and capabilities through feedback from current and previous projects

 Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years overall relevant experience implementing and/or supporting Oracle Utilities Solutions CC&B/CCS, including consulting or services.
  • Utility industry experience.
  • Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS, including design, development, configuration, and enhancements.
  • Computer programming experience with Java and JavaScript
  • Deep understanding of the Meter-to-Cash flow/Billing.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL
