PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
Assist with maintaining inventory levels. This includes credits returns, salvage process, and hearing aid replacements.
Assist with order entry function and perform other clerical duties.
Assist with Repair/Remake/New Order, Prepare Invoicing, Packing, and Waybill.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
- Communicating with our US business units with backorders and new product launches.
- Handling credit returns and complete return process to GN ReSound (Malaysia). Liaison with China and Bloomington to ensure alignment with corporate standards
- Assist with data entry functions of the Order Entry Operators: Open receiving bags, Repair, Remake, New Order, Credit Return, and Filing.
- Assist with invoicing and packing of repair, remake, and new orders
- Receive shipments from internal and external suppliers
- Completing stock consumption in Navision, as required
- Ordering manufacturing components, production supplies, and maintaining sufficient stock as required and requested from Production. Order requests are sent to Bloomington ROC.
- Perform the primary functions in a timely and efficient manner.
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Navision training.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years clerical, typing and/or key punching experience with an 80% efficiency rate and low rejection rate.

- Must conform to and understand proper safety regulations regarding processes within the line.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written and basic computer skills (Microsoft Applications).

Office and lab manufacturing environment.
