Your role at Clorox:

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the flawless execution of the production plan during the assigned shift. This role optimizes the use of personnel, equipment, safety, and quality resources in alignment with Peruvian regulatory requirements for the home-care industry, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all Clorox operational standards.
This position reports directly to the Production Coordinator and is based at The Clorox Company’s manufacturing facility in Callao, Lima.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the proper and effective execution of all manufacturing instructions, including required process controls, and report any deviation in a timely manner.

  • Guarantee full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across the production area and complete all corresponding documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the production process.

  • Report any deviation related to Safety, Quality, Availability, or Costs (including material losses or inefficiencies) promptly and accurately.

  • Prepare the shift IQBF report for the packaging area and ensure timely submission of all required process reports.

  • Support industrial tests, product trials, and the implementation of new initiatives (e.g., new products, new formulations), including generating and submitting follow-up reports.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or related fields).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Production/Operations Supervisor role within FMCG, packaging, or bottling manufacturing environments.

  • Solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

  • Experience using SAP.

  • Intermediate level of English.

  • Strong planning, anticipation, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and active-listening skills, attention to detail, empathy, and a collaborative, flexible approach.

  • A growth-oriented mindset, ambition, and the desire to continuously develop within the organization.
