Job Summary 

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor, Clutter Field Team to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations and coaching a team of 20-30 field employees. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Drive success by efficiently managing all field routes, taking ownership of customer problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards for quality assurance in both customer service and proper item packing.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and dive into operational data to identify complex inventory or customer challenges and develop solutions for process optimization.

  • Develop and implement training programs, providing frequent and direct feedback to transform team members into operational champions, ensuring efficiency and high performance.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience in operations.

  • Proven ability in leading teams for at least 2 years within an operations environment, such as work, sports, or military organizations.

  • Strong knowledge of operations management, logistics, and data-driven problem-solving.

  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • Flexibility with hours and shifts considering our cyclical business.

  • Clutter operates 7 days a week in this market and you will be expected to work 5 of these 7 days, including weekends. 

  • This role is expected to be a day shift but this may flex or change based on business need.

Reasonably expected salary range: $76,500.00 - $95,600.00
