Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor, Clutter Field Team to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics operations and coaching a team of 20-30 field employees. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self-storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting-edge technology.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
Drive success by efficiently managing all field routes, taking ownership of customer problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards for quality assurance in both customer service and proper item packing.
Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and dive into operational data to identify complex inventory or customer challenges and develop solutions for process optimization.
Develop and implement training programs, providing frequent and direct feedback to transform team members into operational champions, ensuring efficiency and high performance.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional work experience in operations.
Proven ability in leading teams for at least 2 years within an operations environment, such as work, sports, or military organizations.
Strong knowledge of operations management, logistics, and data-driven problem-solving.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Flexibility with hours and shifts considering our cyclical business.

This role is expected to be a day shift but this may flex or change based on business need.
