About the role:
As Operations Coordinator within our REMS team, you'll play a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do. We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Royal Bank Plaza site. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient performance of the Operations Department. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.
In this role
-
Oversee all Yardi tenant work order requests, respond to tenant requests with a high degree of professionalism and clarity.

Assign tasks, communicate with building operators to ensure SLA’s are met and calls are closed in a timely manner.

Run monthly Yardi reports, and complete ad hoc requests based on specific scenarios or timeframes.

Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the client.

Coordinate quotations and create purchase orders for the operations team.

Review and code all operational invoices for approval by management.

Assist with operational chargeback invoices. Smoke bypass, drain downs, grease trap cleaning etc.

Complete building tours, attend operations/management tours: creating work orders for any deficiencies noted.

Provide tenants monthly utility data to support their ESG requirements. Compile all utility data and present it for the client’s review.
What you’ll bring
-
2+ years related work experience in property management, preferably in a class “A” commercial/mixed used building.

Experienced with YARDI and other property management related software programs.

Strong customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication.

Must have computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Exhibits high level of initiative, self-starter, and strong work ethic with ability to work independently.

Ability to complete, prioritize and handle multiple tasks under time sensitive deadlines.

Exhibits high level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in a teamwork environment.

Post-secondary education in business administration or real estate an asset.
-
Working towards CPM or RPA would also be considered an asset.
