Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the role: We are seeking an Operations Management Intern to join our innovative team and contribute to a groundbreaking project in Artificial Intelligence (AI). If you're passionate about operational strategy and eager to make an impact in a rapidly evolving industry, this opportunity is for you. As an Operations Management Intern, you will play a key role in project management and operational strategy, helping to shape the future of our company initiatives. This immersive internship offers hands-on experience, collaboration with senior management, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While demanding, it promises to be a rewarding complement to your academic journey, equipping you with valuable skills and insights.
Key Responsiblities:

• Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness by refining team processes

About You:

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in an MBA or from a Master’s program in operations, project management, or organizational development, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Recruitment Process:

1. Application Submission: Candidates are invited to submit their resumes and cover letters through our career portal.
2. Written Questionnaire: Selected candidates will receive a set of 10 written questions to assess their fit and technical knowledge..
3. Video Questionnaire: Candidates who successfully pass the written assessment will be asked to answer 10 additional questions to be submitted in a video format to further evaluate their skills and cultural fit.  The ability to video record your answers will be required.
4. Evaluation: Our team will review the responses to both questionnaires. Candidates who meet our criteria will be invited to the next stage.
5. Orientation Session: Successful candidates will be invited to participate in an orientation session where they will learn more about Vosyn, our projects, and what to expect during the internship. After this session, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you believe that this internship is for you.
