Your role as Operational Excellence Coordinator
Reporting to Maud Grillet, Sr. Manager Operational Excellence (MH & EAP), the mission of the Operational Excellence Coordinator is to provide administrative support to Dialogue’s Team Leads for the Mental Health and Employee Assistance Program teams.
Tasks include coordinating with Dialogue’s Scheduling and Human Resources team to assist with team-wide communications, supporting staffing, managing profiles and being a point of contact for administrative-related support.
The Operational Excellence Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting Dialogue’s Team Leads with team-wide engagement and recognition activities.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating, tracking, and communicating staffing-related and recruitment-related matters with Dialogue’s Human Resources and Scheduling teams (e.g., Leave of absences, maternity, vacations, time-off requests, etc)
- Keeping all employee profiles and documentation up to date & communicating changes to Dialogue’s Human Resources and Scheduling teams as needed;
- Supporting Team Leads with the coordination of team engagement and recognition activities & communications;
- Supporting Team Leads with the coordination of team-wide communications, such as change management updates.
We'd love to hear from you if you have
- Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
- Pursuing or attained a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
- Strong communication skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to work autonomously, be accountable and resourceful
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Highly collaborative nature; capable of working with a wide-range of internal stakeholders
- Capable of setting and managing multiple priorities
- An interest for data analysis and administrative improvement initiatives
- Tech-savvy and knowledgeable of AI tools and project management softwares (an asset)
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
