This role will be within the AutoSync team. AutoSync supports over 3,500 dealerships nationwide, delivering cutting-edge software tools to simplify operations, boost marketing, and drive sales.
 
Online Onboarding Consultant ( 6 months Temp- FT)
 
The Online Onboarding Consultant is responsible for the implementation and integrations with a focus on new customer onboarding. Each Consultant is responsible for the successful launch and delivery of our Software and Marketplace products. The Onboarding Consultants will work closely with Project Managers and other internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Their primary responsibilities include configuration of inventory and customer data files, setting up integrations with third parties, and configuring all software settings. They are responsible for each component of the software configuration and level of quality. The incumbent must manage each task effectively to meet expected project timelines for the customer’s onboarding experience.
The Online Onboarding Consultant will be functional across products that include Websites, CRM, Digital Retailing, Desking, and Marketplace. 
 
Key Areas of Responsibility
  • Assist clients and Project Managers in the initial setup and installation of the software. Configure settings that align with product requirements and workflows.
  • Ensure data migration of inventory and/or customer files is seamless and accurate.
  • Collaborate with management, development, and project teams to resolve complex problems or issues that arise during the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
 
Job Requirements 
 
Education, Experience and Technical skills
  • Post-Secondary Education
  • 1+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or integration specialist type rolls
OR
  • 1+ years of experience in a client services/client support roll
  • Experienced in handling and troubleshooting data in Excel (VLOOKUP, index match, nested formulas, goal seek, manipulating data, etc.)
  • Experience in automotive-related sales or SaaS is a benefit
  • Experience managing web technology, back-end, application, content integration projects as well as experience with projects involving mobile, social, SEO/SEM, CRM, and digital retailing solutions
 
Required Soft Skills and Competencies
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast paced, cross functional environment
  • Requires strong customer focus, organizational skills, respect for others, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication skills- comfort level with all levels of management and large project teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, managing process and collaboration skills
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused

The base salary range for this position is CAD $50k - $55k.

This range reflects the expected compensation at the time of posting. The final offer may vary and can be higher based on relevant skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Based on the role the total rewards package may also include benefits, bonus, and other employee offerings.
