We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Onboarding Website Analyst to deliver seamless onboarding experiences for our clients. This role focuses on designing, testing, and refining website templates and front-end solutions tailored to client needs, with an emphasis on user experience (UX) and functionality. The ideal candidate combines technical proficiency, design expertise, and strong problem-solving skills, thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Collaborate with onboarding specialists and clients to understand requirements and translate them into website templates and designs. 
  • Design and implement website templates using front-end coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 
  • Conduct thorough QA testing of website templates to ensure compatibility, responsiveness, and compliance with company standards. 
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues related to website functionality, usability, and design. 
  • Provide feedback and improvements for templates based on user behavior and client needs. 
  • Work closely with the product and support teams to align template designs with platform capabilities and updates. 
  • Document processes, test cases, and best practices for template creation and testing. 
  • Stay updated on trends in web design, UX, and QA methodologies, as well as real estate technologies. 
  • Consult clients on best practices and configurations within Lone Wolf software. 
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment. 

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in fields related to Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Computer Science, or similar technical disciplines. 
  • EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, web-design, QA, or front-end web development/implementation, preferably in SaaS or real estate technology environments. 

What Do You Need:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and website builders. 
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards. 
  • Experience with design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite. 
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design. 
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Experience refining pre-existing code and configurations to meet customer needs. 
  • Prior experience with agency systems, SaaS or related software/applications is preferred but not required.
