Position Summary

The Creative/Influencer Strategist role is a critical position focused on maximizing the effectiveness and impact of content initiatives across various digital platforms. As a Strategist, you will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies, optimizing content performance, and driving key insights to inform content creation and distribution decisions. By leveraging analytics and industry trends, you will play a pivotal role in driving audience engagement, brand visibility, and business outcomes for our clients.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client objectives, target audience, and content goals.
  • Develop comprehensive performance strategies aligned with client objectives, incorporating audience insights, platform dynamics, and industry best practices.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of content initiatives.

Performance Optimization:

  • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to monitor content performance across digital channels (e.g., social media, websites, email).
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of content performance metrics, including engagement rates, click-through rates, conversions, and audience demographics.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization to enhance content reach, resonance, and conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategies to refine content elements and improve performance outcomes.

Insights Generation:

  • Generate actionable insights from performance data to inform content strategy iterations and optimizations.
  • Provide regular performance reports and analysis to internal teams and clients, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to integrate insights into content ideation, production, and distribution processes.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation:

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral attributes.
  • Utilize audience data and insights to tailor content messaging, formats, and distribution channels for maximum relevance and impact.
  • Continuously refine audience targeting approaches based on performance feedback and market dynamics.

Industry Research and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content marketing and digital performance measurement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Provide thought leadership and recommendations for incorporating emerging trends and technologies into content strategy and execution.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing or data analytics are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or performance analytics, preferably within an agency or digital media environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, social media analytics).
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and advertising technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), digital advertising platforms, and marketing automation tools is desirable.
