What will you be doing?
- Responsible for documenting and communicating all mailing, supply ordering, copy center and imaging procedures to operating departments.
- Prepares various monthly reports related to vendor activity.
- Provides training to operational areas on Office Support functions and processes.
- Assists with the daily processing of the mail, checks, imaging and filing.
- Identifies process and system challenges and provides suggestions for improvement to her direct Supervisor.
- Provide backup coverage to other functions within the Office Support department.
- Primary offsite archive coordinator handling orders for pickup and delivery as well as maintaining inventory and reviewing for yearly destruction of documents.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
What are we looking for?
- Must be well organized, self-motivated and be able to prioritize tasks within a production environment.
- Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and think from a critical and strategic perspective.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, to all internal and external customers.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Must be bilingual in French and English.
Education and/or Training:
- Associates Degree preferred but not required.
Relevant Work Experience:
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and ARI systems.
- Must have a strong working knowledge of all mailroom equipment, multifunctional devices, ARI switchboard and imaging software.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $50,650.00 - $73,445.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
