Job Summary:
We are seeking a part-time (up to 10 hours a week) highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. This role ensures the office runs smoothly, supports staff, and maintains a productive and positive work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations & Administration
· Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and operational.
· Oversee office maintenance, cleanliness, and vendor relationships (e.g., cleaning services, IT support, supplies).
· Update job posters when needed.
· Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls.
· Maintain and organize company records, files, and databases.
HR & Employee Support
Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries and employee needs.
· Assist with onboarding new employees, including setting up workspaces, providing office tours, and ensuring smooth integration.
· Coordinate office events, order daily meals, and organize team-building activities and celebrations to foster a positive work culture.
· Order daily lunches
Finance & Budget Management
· Track office expenses and assist with budgeting.
· Work with the finance department to ensure timely payments and expense reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
