The Opportunity

Bedrock is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. This role is essential to maintaining a productive, welcoming, and well-run work environment. The Office Administrator will also assist with interview coordination and provide administrative support to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace is organized and fully functional

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities-related needs

  • Coordinate deliveries, mail, and general office logistics

  • Help create a positive and professional office environment

Interview & Scheduling Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (virtual and in-person)

  • Communicate with candidates to confirm logistics and provide a strong candidate experience

  • Coordinate calendars across hiring managers and leadership

  • Prepare interview rooms and materials as needed

Leadership Support

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team

  • Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination

  • Help prepare documents, presentations, or materials for meetings

  • Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed

What We are Looking for

  • 3-5 years of administrative, office management, or coordination experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
