The OpportunityBedrock is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our office. This role is essential to maintaining a productive, welcoming, and well-run work environment. The Office Administrator will also assist with interview coordination and provide administrative support to the leadership team.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure the workspace is organized and fully functional
Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities-related needs
Coordinate deliveries, mail, and general office logistics
Help create a positive and professional office environment
Interview & Scheduling Coordination
Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews (virtual and in-person)
Communicate with candidates to confirm logistics and provide a strong candidate experience
Coordinate calendars across hiring managers and leadership
Prepare interview rooms and materials as needed
Leadership Support
Provide administrative support to the leadership team
Assist with calendar management and meeting coordination
Help prepare documents, presentations, or materials for meetings
Support special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
What We are Looking for
3-5 years of administrative, office management, or coordination experience preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
