Job Requirements
What We'd Love To See

  • Proven experience with Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong technical and system analysis skills, with experience in defining and tracking KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to risk management and problem-solving.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
