With a focus on Cisco ACI, cloud networking, and automation, you will contribute to the development of resilient, scalable, and secure solutions that power our business.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with hands-on experience in data center technologies, firewalls, load balancers, and network automation. This role requires a solid background in Multicast, Fortigate firewalls, and F5 LTM, along with a desire to grow your skills in using code to build and manage robust networks. You will support our next-generation infrastructure and will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure the stability of our critical applications.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Network Implementation & Support: Configure, implement, and support core network components, including Cisco ACI fabric, multicast routing, and wireless infrastructure.

  • Security & Load Balancing: Manage and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and F5 LTM policies to ensure the security and high availability of our applications.

  • Automation & Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC): Use modern automation tools like Ansible and Terraform to build and manage on-premises and cloud network infrastructure.

  • Scripting: Utilize scripting languages, such as Python, to automate routine network tasks and improve operational efficiency.

  • Cloud Networking: Implement and manage network infrastructure within major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including the configuration of Transit Gateways (TGW), Direct Connect Gateways (DXGW), and Virtual Private Gateways (VGW).

  • Project Contribution & Documentation: Contribute to network projects by executing implementation plans and creating detailed documentation and network diagrams.

  • Troubleshooting & Operations: Act as a key resource for resolving network incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures.

  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical workloads.

Must Have(s):

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a network engineering role.

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI, including fabric policies, contracts, and VMM integration.

  • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud networking (VPC/VNet, security groups, routing, etc.).

  • Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and automation tools (Ansible).

  • Practical scripting experience with Python.

  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, firewalls (Fortigate preferred), and VPNs in both on-premise and cloud environments.

  • Experience with campus networking, including wireless and Catalyst switches.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with proficiency in tools like Visio or Lucidchart.

Nice to Have(s):

  • Cisco CCNP/CCIE or Fortinet NSE 4+ certification (or actively working towards).

  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate).

  • Experience with container networking (e.g., Kubernetes).

  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and tools (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins).

  • Experience with F5 LTM/APM and Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations.
