Your role at Clorox:

The Net Revenue Growth Manager will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to optimize revenue and profitability, aligning with Clorox's long-term growth goals. Key responsibilities include developing pricing strategies, analyzing financial data, optimizing promotional activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement growth opportunities. The role will focus on enhancing revenue strategies, improving market share, and leading projects that drive sustainable growth and profitability.

In this role, you will:

Strategic NRM Implementation

  • Leverage NRM levers to meet KPIs, understand market dynamics, and optimize pricing and trade strategies.

Financial Acumen

  • Analyze pricing, promotions, and mix for ROI, aligning strategies with NRM KPIs.

Data Analysis & Revenue Optimization

  • Analyze data to identify trends, optimize revenue, and maintain data integrity for actionable insights.

Customer Analytics

  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, enhance engagement, and align strategies for profitable growth.

Business Planning & Deliverables

  • Lead NRM sessions, support IBP tools, and achieve NRM targets in collaboration with global teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with sales, finance, and marketing for cohesive growth strategies.

Customer & Channel Knowledge

  • Adapt strategies to market changes and stay updated on trends.

Communication & Problem-Solving

  • Communicate insights clearly and resolve issues to drive growth.

Stakeholder Management & Influence

  • Lead projects and influence decisions to meet revenue goals.

    What we look for:

    • 5 years’ experience in an advanced pricing and revenue management environment, leading cross-functional pricing initiatives and developing long term pricing strategies
    • Excellent P&L & financial acumen and business planning experience.
    • Highly collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial spirit.
    • Strong logical and analytical reasoning abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate the company strategy to customer teams and enroll their support.
    • Extensive knowledge of retail customer channels. Structure, strategy and negotiations.
    • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite (Excel including, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)

    Hybrid: 3 days office - 2 Home Office
