This Position reports to:

Local Division Manager, PAEN, Canada
 

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to bring new business opportunities and improve the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Each day, you will support the team of Account Managers and customers throughout the sales process across Canada. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agreements on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiation of the division sales budget.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, with 2+ days at the office when not travelling for work.
This role is contributing to the Automation Energy division in Canada. Main stakeholders are the Local Canadian Leadership team and Established Accounts Service business .
You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Creating the division sales plans for the area, in coordination with the Sales organization and teams.

  • Analyzing the customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and the information provided by the Sales organization.

  • Ensuring efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of the products, systems, services, and packages provided by the company.

  • Supporting the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions, as well as in the preparation of competitive/strategic offers.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are immersed in the energy sector and enjoy working with skilled account managers, Subject matter experts and customers in the sector.

  • Ability to demonstrate your experience in the Canadian Energy sector and have 5 plus years of experience in a relevant sales management role with the focus in Automation and digital solutions.

  • Possess an enhanced knowledge in Automation and digital solutions.

  • You are passionate about Sales and working with a highly dynamic team to provide customers with solutions.

  • Degree in Engineering is a plus with proven experience managing teams in the the industrial Energy sector.

  • You are at ease communicating in English with French as a second language.

  • You hold current Driver's license valid in Canada and permanent residence in Canada.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $132,375 and $194,150 annually.
