JOB DESCRIPTION:

National Sales Account Manager

Remote - Ontario or Québec

The National Sales Account Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team and our key clients. The National Sales Account Manager will lead multiple insurance and fleet management account relationships nationally.

Reporting to the VP, National Sales Canada, the role will be responsible for all aspects supporting insurance program management and improvement of deliverables. This position will liaise closely with multiple stakeholders including carrier regional managers, image desks, adjusters, brokers, and internal partners such as finance, operations, marketing, business development and franchise owners.

What you’ll Drive:
  • Develop relationships with CARSTAR’s major insurance and fleet management accounts with a core focus on establishing preferred repair partnerships, focused on Insurance Vendor Managers and Appraisal Unit Managers.

  • Prepare presentations, coordinate meetings and participate in monthly/quarterly meetings with key business partners.

  • Seek out new sales opportunities with insurers, fleet management companies, and other repair revenue segments.

  • Manage and support all specialized capacity programs within various regions.

  • Help maintain the visibility of CARSTAR by participating in industry events including broker, insurer, and collision industry functions.

  • Prepare Sales team communications for CARSTAR Franchise Partners (i.e. fielding inquiries, communicating and coaching store owners to success).

  • Work with CARSTAR Area Managers and Zone Directors in developing new business opportunities.

  • Lead the onboarding of CARSTAR locations onto DRP programs.

  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of RFI, RFP and business presentations.

  • Maintain insurance team database on monthly basis.

  • Compile monthly performance results in presentation form.

  • Liaise with training and education team to coordinate training programs both virtual and in person.

  • 30-40% travel required for client meetings and industry conferences and events.

What you’ll Bring:
  • College or university degree with background in business preferred.

  • 7+yrs of Account Manager or Area Manager experience.

  • Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred.

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM and preparing presentations.

  • Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, and Progi systems.

  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and other stakeholders.

  • Able to effectively communicate key information to all audiences.

  • Strong business communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities and solutions.

  • Ability to coordinate, organize and present product demonstrations and other events.

  • French language proficiency required if in Québec, preferred if elsewhere in Canada.

Compensation Range:

$75,900.00 - $135,500.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
