Woodbridge, ON - Hybrid

As a Sales Resource Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our national team by managing the general inbox and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. Reporting to the Director, Sales Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing inbox activity, supporting communications, assisting with webinar setup and execution, and handling various administrative duties.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and possesses strong time-management and multitasking skills.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the general inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Draft and distribute communications.

  • Support the setup and delivery of webinars, including speaker coordination.

  • Assist with the application and issuance of Continuing Education (CE) credits.

  • Provide administrative support for various platforms.

  • Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

What You’ll Need for Success

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of tools is an asset.

  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Dynamics is an asset.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
