Reports To

Vice President of Commercial Sales – East Region, North America

What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve/exceed targeted sales goals within the Canadian region.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in existing and net new targeted accounts to promote ChargePoint EVSE solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal negotiations to secure new business accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to create customized sales materials and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand and continue to learn about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team on progress and achievements.
  • Partner with field reseller partners and/or service partners to develop sales opportunities and to support sales and implementation activities.
  • Accurately forecast revenue for territory and accounts, maintain contact information, business history and opportunity details in salesforce.com continuously.
  • Develop a strong technical baseline through training and development milestones.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years sales/strategic sales or enterprise sales experience
  • Fluent in French (written and verbal)
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian market and its specific needs related to EV charging infrastructure
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet sales targets within designated timelines
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
