The Multimedia Designer is a highly skilled individual contributor responsible for bringing the Emburse brand to life across motion, digital, video, and campaign experiences. This role sits within the Content team and partners closely with Brand, Social, Product Marketing, Events, and GTM teams to create visually compelling, high-performing creative assets that support pipeline growth, customer engagement, and the advancement of the Expense Intelligence platform.
This role will produce a broad range of creative outputs including motion graphics, campaign visuals, social video, website assets, sales enablement materials, and event content. The ideal candidate blends strong design fundamentals with motion storytelling and understands how to translate complex B2B SaaS concepts into engaging visual narratives.
What you'll do
Develop motion graphics and short-form video content for social media, campaigns, product launches, and event promotions.
Produce animated explainers, brand videos, and product highlight reels aligned with Emburse’s Expense Intelligence narrative.
Collaborate on scripting, storyboarding, editing, and post-production.
Support onsite shoots, executive recordings, and event video capture when needed.
Digital & Campaign DesignDesign campaign visuals for multi-channel GTM launches including web, paid media, email, and sales enablement.
Create website graphics, landing page visuals, and digital assets optimized for performance and conversion.
Develop visual systems that scale across channels and regions.
Sales & Product Enablement CreativeDesign high-impact visuals for pitch decks, product one-pagers, sales kits, and demo materials.
Translate product marketing positioning into compelling visual storytelling.
Ensure clarity and polish across customer-facing materials.
Event & Experiential Design SupportCreate screen animations, booth graphics, signage visuals, and presentation templates for global events.
Support motion and video assets for flagship programs such as Emburse in Motion.
Collaborate with the Events team to ensure experience-tier consistency.
Brand StewardshipUphold and evolve Emburse brand standards across all visual touchpoints.
Maintain consistency in typography, color systems, motion style, and design systems.
Contribute to the evolution of the visual identity as the Expense Intelligence platform scales.
What you'll bring
Experience: 5–7 years in multimedia, motion, or digital design. Experience within a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment preferred
Portfolio Excellence: A proven track record in visual storytelling and motion design, demonstrating high brand discipline across complex digital campaigns.
Strategic Oversight: Ability to drive data-driven decision-making by aligning creative work with marketing goals (Pipeline, ACV, and Velocity).
Project Leadership: Expert-level program management skills, capable of overseeing multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines across various time zones.
Stakeholder Management: "Executive-ready" communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and provide crisp updates to leadership.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Adobe Suite, Event Tech (Cvent/Splash), CRM/MA (Salesforce/Marketo), and collaboration tools in a fast-paced environment.
Operational Rigor: Strong background in budget management, forecasting, and vendor governance (SOWs, SLAs, and change control).
Event & Field Support: Experience in experiential marketing with a high degree of "on-site" leadership and presentation skills.
Travel & Flexibility: Willingness to travel 5%–10% to support events and lead on-site creative executions.
Collaborative Mindset: A strong ability to integrate feedback and work within a growth-stage environment to translate narratives into high-performing assets.
