You are:
A skilled Integration Architect with expertise in utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Veeva Vault and API Integration to help architect end-to-end integration solutions. You have hands-on technical execution, team leadership, and strategic planning experience in supporting integration solutions. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions that align with business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather and clarify integration requirements.
Evaluate and recommend integration technologies and best practices to enhance system performance.
Mentor team members on integration strategies and technologies to foster a collaborative environment.
Continuously assess and improve integration processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Architecting end-to-end integration solutions
Driving client discussions to define integration requirements and translating business needs into technology solutions
Mapping business processes to support applications
Defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams
This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area.
What you need:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
8-12 years of professional experience in a similar role
Expert proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is required
Expert proficiency in MuleSoft Development and MuleSoft DevOps
Expert proficiency in API Integration is recommended
Master proficiency in MuleSoft CloudHub
Advanced proficiency in Veeva Vault
Life Science industry knowledge is a plus
Ability to manage and lead project delivery teams spread across different regions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong presentation skills
Bonus points if you have:
Certifications in MuleSoft
Certifications in Veeva Vault
