About the role

As a Modern Workplace Solution Architect at CodeBlue you will assume primary responsibility for design and delivery of M365 projects, including leading the scoping and development of existing and new product offerings in the M365 space.

You will engage with BDMs and Account Managers to provide presales and strategic advice, as well as solution design, client workshops, technical architecture, migration planning, peer reviews, delivery implementation and support handover. Primary technologies include SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID, Teams, CoPilot, Purview and Power Automate. A willingness to learn and stay current with evolving technologies is crucial.

As a subject matter expert, you will provide leadership within the Professional Services team in the M365 space, keeping CodeBlue’s Microsoft 365 practice current with new technologies and relevant to our customer needs and requirements. 

Main duties include:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Modern Workplace projects, including continuous improvement and updates of product offerings
  • Technical presales to support the sale and delivery of M365 Professional Services
  • Delivery of M365 Professional Services, including delegation of tasks where appropriate
  • Customer relationships are developed and maintained via effective relationship building through honesty, credibility, and consistency. 


Skills & experience

We are looking for individuals with proven experience in project delivery or systems engineer capacity, particularly within the core Modern Workplace ecosystem, who are also comfortable with Purview/DLP and Power Automate.

Extensive IT technical experience across most of the following areas:

  • Working with IT enterprise environments, with a focus on Microsoft and cloud platforms and products
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Modern Workplace ecosystem, including Entra ID, Intune / AutoPilot / MDM, SharePoint, Teams, CoPilot and Office 365 administration.
  • Virtualization & cloud computing experience
  • Microsoft core server technologies including, Active Directory Services, Exchange, SQL Server
  • Security principles & technologies
  • Mobile computing technologies
  • Knowledge of IT operational configuration and management for always-up, always-available services
  • Experience implementing and operating secure cloud environments and authentication solutions including Hybrid Azure AD joined domains, native AAD, Conditional Access, Windows Hello for Business, Single Sign on for apps.
  • Experience with designing, managing and implementing Purview DLP solutions across the M365 stack
  • Experience with automation/configuration management and tools for cloud platforms (power automate).
  • Experience implementing and securing end-user AI platforms like CoPilot
