About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Mid/Senior UI/UX Designer to join Robusta, a leading digital agency that crafts human-centered digital experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience from concept to delivery, ensuring that every product we design is both functional and delightful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user researchinterviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
  • Design consistent, scalable UI components and design systems.
  • Ensure designs align with business goals, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate design handoff and implementation.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to improving design processes within the team.

Requirements
  • 3–6 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or product design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work (from research to final visuals).
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principlesinformation architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience working on both web and mobile platforms.
  • Knowledge of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • Excellent English and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech or digital product environments is an advantage.
