About Ture

Ture is building a more intelligent, measurable, and human approach to career transition and workforce development.

We help employers support departing or redeploying employees, improve program visibility, and give participants access to private AI-powered career support. We also help workforce organizations manage participants, practitioners, and employment outcomes through one connected platform.

The role

We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build relationships with prospective customers and guide them through the Ture buying process.

You will own opportunities from initial qualification through discovery, demonstration, commercial negotiation, and close. You will work primarily with HR, people, talent, workforce, operations, and executive leaders.

This role combines inbound opportunity management with proactive account development. You will be expected to understand the customer’s problem, run a disciplined sales process, and communicate Ture’s value without relying on pressure or generic sales tactics.

What you’ll do
  • Own a portfolio of mid-market opportunities from qualification through close.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through inbound follow-up, targeted outbound work, referrals, partnerships, and events.

  • Conduct thoughtful discovery around customer needs, current programs, stakeholders, budget, decision criteria, and timelines.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and business-value presentations.

  • Build relationships across buying committees.

  • Develop account plans and clear opportunity strategies.

  • Coordinate solutions engineering, product, security, legal, and leadership resources when needed.

  • Prepare proposals, business cases, pricing, and commercial documentation.

  • Manage negotiations and procurement processes.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, next steps, and close plans.

  • Identify patterns in customer objections and market needs.

  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, content, events, and account-based programs.

  • Ensure clean handoffs to implementation and customer success.

  • Meet or exceed agreed revenue and activity goals.

What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales.

  • Experience selling to mid-market organizations.

  • A record of managing deals through multi-stakeholder buying processes.

  • Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to connect product capabilities to measurable business outcomes.

  • Disciplined pipeline and CRM management.

  • Comfort operating in an early-stage company with evolving processes.

  • Curiosity, resilience, sound judgment, and a customer-respectful sales style.

Nice to have
  • Experience selling to HR, talent, people operations, learning, benefits, or workforce leaders.

  • Experience with outplacement, recruiting, HR technology, or workforce-development programs.

  • Experience selling AI-enabled or analytics products.

  • Familiarity with security, legal, procurement, and data-privacy reviews.

  • Experience helping establish a new sales territory or category.

What success looks like

Within your first six months, you will have:

  • Developed a qualified pipeline across Ture’s priority customer segments.

  • Established a repeatable discovery and sales process.

  • Closed early customer opportunities while preserving strong implementation fit.

  • Built trusted relationships with buyers and internal partners.

  • Contributed useful market insight to Ture’s positioning, product, and go-to-market strategy.
