The position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Will be a part of the Azure team with individual responsibilities for growing the Azure practice.
  • Overseeing the pipeline and developing strategic business plans in collaboration with partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Sells or renews the company’s products and/or services via telephone or electronic means to assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
  • Focus on improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by driving customer success, expanding account value, and minimizing churn through strategic engagement and solution alignment.
  • Deliver key partner business planning milestones within the Partner Lifecycle framework, ensuring partner alignment and consistent customer engagement across the lifecycle stages.
  • May generate prospective customers and may qualify and follow up with sales leads. 
  • Focus on lead qualification and lead prospecting. 
  • Sales can be made through multichannel, inbound, and/or outbound sales activities.
  • Will be responsible for large, diverse territories and/or products.
  • Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry, as well as the competitive posture of the company, and prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
  • May establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Lead Partner Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) to align performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and strengthen strategic collaboration.
  • Lead end‑to‑end renewals management to maximize retention while identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, driving incremental revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and partner alignment.
  • Support back-end activities such as order processing, quotation generation, delivery follow up etc. 
  • Approximately 10% travel, primarily within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

What you bring to the role:

  • College Diploma or Degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5-8 years of account management and/or business development experience selling Azure would be desirable.
  • IAAS experience is desired.
  • AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, ability to prioritize, strong relationship-building experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong comfort with technology.
  • Strong MS Office suite experience.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Possesses a keen eye for details while maintaining a strong focus on driving sales results.

The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is $80,000 - $95,000 CAD per year. The ranges above reflect the potential annual starting base pay across all of Canada for all roles. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, including work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. This role is a new role and will not use AI for screening applicants.
