The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator with a specialization in Exchange Online to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Microsoft Exchange Online environment while ensuring seamless email communication across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and related collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
Exchange Online Administration:

Manage and maintain Exchange Online, including mailbox provisioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Implement and manage email security policies, spam filtering, and data loss prevention (DLP) measures.

Monitor and optimize email performance and availability.

Handle email migrations and hybrid configurations.
Microsoft Intune Administration:

Configure and manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

Develop and enforce device compliance policies and configuration profiles.

Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment and compliance issues.

Manage application deployment and updates for mobile devices.
General Microsoft 365 Administration:

Provide support for other Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.

Monitor system health, performance, and security.

Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) and user permissions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and best practices.

Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 environments.

Strong knowledge of email security protocols, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Exchange Online.

Familiarity with Azure Active Directory (AAD), Microsoft Entra ID, and identity management.

Hands-on experience with mailbox migrations, hybrid Exchange configurations, and troubleshooting mail flow issues.

Strong understanding of email retention policies, compliance settings, and legal holds.

Ability to analyze and optimize Exchange Online performance and security settings.

Experience with Microsoft Intune administration, including policy configuration, application deployment, and device security.
