The MHE Operator is responsible for accurate and efficient picking and shipping all orders ensuring customer compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Picking, Packaging, and Shipping orders (domestic and misc.) utilizing SAP and PC-based scanning and labeling systems

  • All stock keeping functions (e.g., Maintain pick path, cycle counting)

  • Other duties as assigned

SELECTION STANDARDS REQUIRED:

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • 1-2 years’ experience within a Distribution environment

  • Must be flexible for overtime and weekend to meet business demands

  • Strong attention to detail is mandatory

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs

  • Must have good manual dexterity

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with an RF device as asset

  • Flexible team player
